DABCC was kind enough to publish a video that has a XenCenter Walkthrough . The video is around forty minutes long and covers the basics of doing Xen management with XenCenter. It would be useful for people that are curious but have not yet installed Xen on a server. It would probably also help administrators learn some new tricks.
This is only the second video DABCC produced so it is impressive that they picked Xen so early. The presentation is almost like a training video. It has fairly high quality with regards to content.
